Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

  • Mitarbeit bei der täglichen Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen und Durchführung einfacher Kochtätigkeiten unter Anleitung
  • Anrichten unter Anleitung und Ausgabe der Speisen
  • Reinigung der Küchengeräte, Arbeitsflächen und Böden auf Basis des vorgegebenen Hygieneplans
  • Gründliche Reinigung von Weiß- und Schwarzgeschirr sowie weiterer Kochutensilien und Bestecke
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung geltender Vorgaben, Richtlinien und des Reinigungs- und Hygieneplans sowie des HACCP-Konzepts
  • Mitwirkung bei der ordnungsgemäßen Kontrolle bei der Warenannahme

  • Faire Bezahlung: Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 2.026,- (KV Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) für 40 Wochenstunden, exklusive Zulagen. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.
