Das Seniorenzentrum St. Anna in Ostbevern und Beckum sucht ab sofort Hauswirtschaftshelfer (m/w/d) für eine unbefristete Tätigkeit in Teilzeit (15-20 Stunden)

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Mitwirkung im Beschaffungsprozess. Bedarfe melden, Lagerung sicherstellen.

· Meldung von Beschädigungen und Schadensfällen im Haus an die Geschäftsleitung

· Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur

· wirtschaftlicher und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Verbrauchsmaterial, Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit

· Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften sowie innerbetrieblicher Standards

· Teilnahme an Übergabegesprächen, Team- und Dienstbesprechungen

· Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Dienst- und Einsatzplans

· Erstellung der Arbeitszeitnachweise

· Essensausgabe an Bewohner und Gäste

· Reinigung und Spülarbeiten im hauswirtschaftlichen Küchenbereich

· aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

(Arbeitszufriedenheit, Verbesserung der Prozesse und Arbeitsmethoden, Möglichkeiten zur Kostensenkung etc.)
