  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
  • Unterstützung der Housekeeping-Leitung in der Organisation und Führung des Teams
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Abteilungsziele in Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung
  • Sicherstellung höchster Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards in den Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen
  • Kontrolle und Abnahme der gereinigten Zimmer sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Front Office und Technik
  • Einarbeitung, Schulung und Motivation der Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Verwaltung der Wäsche, Putzmittel und Gästezimmerartikel
  • Gästebetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement im direkten Gästekontakt
  • Vertretung der Housekeepingleitung und Übernahme ihrer Aufgaben sowohl operativ als auch personell in ihrer Abwesenheit
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • erste Führungserfahrung, z.B. als Supervisor, wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent, Blick für Details, hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fähigkeit zum effizienten Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen v.a. Englisch, Italienisch und Bosnisch, Serbisch, Kroatisch sind ein Plus.
  • gute Computerkenntnisse.
