Wir suchen ab sofort in unserem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb einen Helfer/in für Schlachtung, Zerlegung und Auslieferung des Geflügels.

Wir suchen in Teilzeit - ein Minijob ist nach Rücksprache auch möglich.

Wir sind ein landwirtschaflicher Familienbetrieb, mit EU Geflügelschlachtbetrieb und Zerlegerei. Unser Betrieb befindet sich in Saalbach, einem Teilort von Blaufelden.

Montag und Donnerstag vormittag wird geschlachtet und nachmittags wird das Geflügel zerlegt, verpackt und für die Auslieferung kommisioniert. Mittwoch und Samstag früh erfolgt dann die Auslieferung mit dem Kühlfahrzeug.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Im Schlachthaus: Säubern des Geflügels, entfernen von Federn - den Großteil erledigen Maschinen, Nacharbeit ist erforderlich- , Ausnehmen des Geflügels...
  • In der Zerlegerei/Verpackung: Geflügel zerteilen, Geflügelteile in Vakuumbeutel abpacken
  • Auslieferung: Anfahren der Filialen, Kisten ausladen, Leergut einladen, Lieferpapiere verwalten (Führerscheinklasse B)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitenzeiten (frühmorgens) nach Absprache
  • Umgang mit dem Messer beim Zerlegen/Schlachten
  • gründliche Arbeitsweise, Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften
  • Arbeiten im Team

Anfallende Arbeiten auf dem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, wie Geflügel füttern, einstreuen, Geflügelkisten waschen, nur ggf. und nach Absprache
