### Mechanikerhelfer in der Montage (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage mechanischer Bauteile und Baugruppen für unsere Messgeräte und Antennen nach Arbeitsanweisung oder Muster.
  • Verschrauben, Nieten, Stecken und Zusammenfügen vorbereiteter Einzelteile.
  • Einfache Nacharbeiten wie Entgraten, Reinigen und Anpassen von Bauteilen.
  • Bereitstellen und Sortieren der benötigten Teile und Materialien.
  • Sichtkontrolle der montierten Baugruppen auf Vollständigkeit und erkennbare Fehler.
  • Unterstützung der Fachkräfte bei Montagearbeiten.
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz.

Anforderungen:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis.
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einfachen Handwerkzeugen.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in unterschiedliche Montageaufgaben einzuarbeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit.
  • Erfahrung in Montage oder Fertigung von Vorteil; eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung ist nicht erforderlich.

Wir bieten gute Arbeitsbedingungen, ein angemessenes Gehalt und gute Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. 38 Stunden Woche, Einschichtbetrieb, Betriebsgröße ca. 90 Mitarbeiter.
