  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit des Fertigungs- und Prüfprotokolls
  • -Kontrolle der Nuten am Statorring auf Schweißperlen und hervorstehende Bleche
  • -Kennzeichnen des Statorringes
  • -Schachteln von Segmentblechen
  • -Wickeln von Runddrahtbündel mit Hilfe von Hammer und Schlagholz
  • -Einbinden am Statorring mit Hilfe von Hammer und Zugeisen
  • -Auflegen und biegen der Anschlüsse
  • -Einlegen von fertigen Formspulen in den Statorring
  • -Messen und Einlegen von Temperaturfühlern
  • -manuelles Verlängern der Temperaturfühler
  • -Bereitstellung von Formspulen (Transport mit Hubwagen, Auspacken aus den Kisten)
  • -Ausfüllen des Fertigungs- und Prüfprotokolls
  • -Mitarbeit an Produktionsprozessen nach Bedarf/Anforderung
  • -Ausführung der Arbeiten nach Fertigungs-/ Prüfprotokollen und der Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -Bestenfalls konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit sammeln
  • -Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und haben einen ausgeprägten Sinn für sehr gute Qualität
  • -Ihre Arbeitsweise ist stets zuverlässig, eigenständig und teamorientiert
