Für diese Anstellung ist je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ein überkollektivvertraglicher Bruttomonatslohn auf Basis 40 Wochenstunden von mindestens € 2.321,30 ,-- vorgesehen. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur markt- und positionskonformen Überzahlung. Hinzu kommen attraktive Schichtzulagen.

Ihre Aufgaben - Langweilig wird es Ihnen nicht:

  • Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsarbeiten gemäß den vorgegebenen Reinigungsplänen
  • Führung und Einsatzplanung des Reinigungspersonals, einschließlich der Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Kontrolle der Reinigungsergebnisse durch Sichtprüfungen, Checklisten und Abklatschproben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie interner Standards
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation der Reinigungsmaßnahmen

Sie bringen mit - Ein Geben und Nehmen:

  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Reinigung von Lebensmittelbereichen (mindestens 3 Jahre)
  • Kenntnisse in Lebensmittelsicherheit und HACCP
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung im Umgang mit Hygienevorgaben
  • Genauigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Reinigungsvorgaben und der Erfüllung von Dokumentationspflichten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Austausch mit Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement und Vorgesetzten
  • Technische Affinität
  • Versierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Spät- und Nachtdienst, sowie vereinzelt Einsätzen an Wochenenden
  • Führerschein B und eigenes Fahrzeug
