Helfer - Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Produktion (m/w/d)

Tätigkeiten Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Bedienen von Kunststoffschaum- Bearbeitungs- und verpackungsanlagen nach Vorgabe
  • Auswahl der Verbrauchs- und Hilfsstoffe laut Sollvorgabe
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen
  • Verantwortung für die effiziente Einteilung der Kollegen an der Anlage und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern an den Maschinen
  • Durchführung der laufenden Qualitätskontrolle an den Produkten
  • Laufende Erfassung der Produktionsleistung und Effizienzkontrolle
  • Umsetzung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Produktion

Benötigte Qualifikationen

  • Schichtbereitschaft im 3-Schichtsystem (SO beginnt immer die Nachtschicht)
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • körperlich belastbar
  • Deutsch wäre mit leichtem Verständnis vollkommend ausreichend
  • Übernahme gewünscht
