Ihre Aufgaben

Manuelles Arbeiten in der Recyclinganlage, insbesondere händisches Grobsortieren

Umladen von verwertbaren und nicht verwertbaren Abfällen

Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

Weitere Tätigkeiten:

Reinigung von Betriebsflächen und Arbeitsgeräten

Unterstützung bei Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem Betriebsgelände

Nach Einarbeitung:

Bedienen von Ladegeräten

Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen

Entleeren von Containern

Ihr Profil

zuverlässig

teamfähig

Erste praktische Erfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich oder als Bauhelfer von Vorteil

Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Heben von Lasten bis ca. 25 kg)

Bereitschaft zur überwiegend stehenden sowie teilweise gebückten Tätigkeit

Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

Deutschkenntnisse sollten vorhanden sein, damit ein reibungsloser Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft gewährleistet ist (min.B1)

Arbeitszeit

Vollzeit:

Montag bis Freitag: 07:00 – 16:30 Uhr (ca. alle 4 Wochen samstags; 08:00-13:00 Uhr)

Vergütung

Minijob im gesetzlichen Rahmen (bis 603 € monatlich)

Vergütung nach Vereinbarung (interne Lohngruppen), abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen.

Probezeit: 6 Monate

Befristung: zunächst 1 Jahr, mit Option auf Übernahme bei Eignung
