  • Die Agrargenossenschaft e.G. Voigtsdorf (OT von Dorfchemnitz bei Freiberg /Sa.) ist ein großer Milcherzeuger mit eigener Futterproduktion.
  • Für die Leitung der Milchviehanlage mit 850 Kühen in Dorfchemnitz suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in als Herdenmanager (m/w/d).

Als Leiter/in der Milchviehanlage gehören folgende Aufgaben in Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich:

  • die Überwachung und Kontrolle aller Abläufe im Stall
  • das Erstellen der Schichtpläne und andere organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Sie bringen einen entsprechenden landwirtschaftlichen Abschluss - mindestens als Techniker - sowie Interesse und/oder Erfahrungen für die abwechslungsreiche Arbeit in einer modernen Milchviehanlage mit.
  • Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch Verständnis für Viehzucht aus. Sie sind durchsetzungsfähig, um Mitarbeiter anleiten zu können. Gleichzeitig aber auch teamfähig und zuverlässig.
