Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest als Physio eigenständig in Planung, Behandlung und Dokumentation Deiner Patienten. Ohne nervige Therapeutenwechsel, umso auch nachhaltige Therapieerfolge erzielen zu können.
  • Gleichzeitig gestaltest Du deine Arbeitszeiten und die Terminplanung flexibel und selbstständig, sodass sich Beruf und Privatleben optimal miteinander vereinbaren lassen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Neben der abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung als Physiotherapeut, benötigst Du nur Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Lust auf eigenständiges Arbeiten mit hauptsächlich orthopädisch/ chirurgischen Patienten.
  • Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. MLD, MT, CMD) sind gern gesehen, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Auch BerufsanfängerInnen sind herzlich willkommen!
  • Für Hausbesuche (Strecken von ca. 5 km) ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B und ein eigener PKW oder ein anderes geeignetes Transportmittel wünschenswert.

Das erwartet Dich

  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten für eine gute Work-Life-Balance mit immer freien Wochenenden.
  • Ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis bei überdurchschnittlicher Vergütung (3.200€ – 3.800€ brutto Vollzeit, je nach Zusatzqualifikation, als Fixgehalt oder Provisionsmodell).
  • Unterstützung bei Fortbildungen – finanziell und/oder mit Freistellung.
  • Behandlungszeiten ohne Zeitdruck und ausreichend Dokumentationszeit sind für uns selbstverständlich.
  • Eine seit vielen Jahren etablierte Praxis mit treuem Patientenstamm und persönlicher Atmosphäre.
  • Ein familiäres Team mit viel Herz, in dem Deine Meinung und Dein Potenzial wertgeschätzt werden und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe gelebt wird.
