## Wir suchen für unser Hotel in Dasing eine Unterstützung für die Rezeption(m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
- Durchführung von Check-in, Check-out und Abrechnungen der Hotelgäste
- Bearbeitung telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen und Reservierungen
- Rechnungserstellung und Kassenabrechnung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Housekeeping
- Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten am Empfang und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management
Ihr Profil:
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Hotelprogramm(Sihot)
- Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Bereitschaft zu Schicht; Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
