Du verwandelst Pflanzen in Emotionen – jeden Tag aufs Neue... Du willst mit frischen Pflanzen, Blumen und dekorativen Zusatzartikeln arbeiten und willst dein florales Fachwissen täglich einsetzen und erweitern?

Deine Aufgaben

Fachgerechte Verarbeitung, Pflege und Vorbereitung von Schnittblumen und Pflanzen
Erstellen von Sträußen, Gestecken und floralen Arrangements
Qualitätskontrolle von Pflanzen und Zusatzartikeln
Kreative Mitgestaltung saisonaler Themen (Valentinstag, Muttertag, Weihnachten)
Sortimentspflege
Abschreibung und Dokumentation beschädigter oder nicht verkaufsfähiger Ware

Das bringst du mit

Florist\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Quereinsteiger gerne willkommen
Kreativität, ein sicheres Gespür für Farben, Formen und Trends
Sorgfalt im Umgang mit lebender Ware
Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an saisonalen Highlights
Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
