Bei EVIM – Evangelischer Verein für Innere Mission in Nassau- arbeitest Du für einen der größten diakonischen Arbeitgeber im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Unsere Einrichtung in Schwalbach/Sulzbach sucht ab sofort in Teilzeit eine Hilfskraft in der Pflege (m/w/d) Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses
Mitverantwortung bei der Gestaltung der Wohnatmosphäre
Regelmäßige und konstruktive Teilnahme an Besprechungen
Durchführung von Maßnahmen der Grundpflege und Betreuung
Beobachtung der Kundinnen im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Pflege- und Betreuungssituation

Das bringst Du mit:
Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
Selbstständiges Arbeiten im zugewiesenen Aufgabenbereich
Motivation zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
Identifikation mit christlichen Werten

Vergütung nach AVR.HN von 2866€ bis 3463€ in Abhängigkeit zum Stellenumfang und Berufserfahrung plus Zulagen und Sonderzahlung
