  • ViZe Lebensbaum GmbH ist eine besondere Wohnform für Menschen mit Seelischer Erkrankung und hat Platz für 16 Klient\*innen.
  • Ein knapp 15-Köpfiges Team kümmert sich um den Betrieb und die Belange von Klient\*innen sowie Mitarbeitenden. Bis auf die Bereichsleitung, arbeiten die Kolleg\*innen zumeist in Teilzeit (75%, 50% oder auf Minijob Basis). Diese Besonderheit ergibt sich aus der Anforderung, eine 24 Stunden-Betreuung zu gewährleisten und zugleich - trotz Schicht und Nachtbereitschaft - vernünftige Einsatzzeiten und eine gute Work-Life-Balance zu sichern.

Unsere Aufgabe ist, die Bewohnenden in Ihrer chronischen psychischen Erkrankung auf dem Niveau zu schätzen, zu stabilisieren und zu begleiten, dass sie für sich erreichen können und ihre Fähigkeiten zu erhalten und individuell auszubauen.

Ihre Aufgaben wären:

  • Unterstützung beim: Erlangen sozialer Kompetenzen, klare Tagesstruktur, bei Entscheidungsfindungen und Unterstützung bei Alltagsaufgaben. Bei der täglichen Beschäftigung, der Raumgestaltung/Pflege, bei der täglichen persönlichen Hygiene (Waschen, Duschen, Be­kleidungswechsel, zu Bett gehen/aufstehen) und Einkaufen.
  • Tägliche Gesprächsführung, intervenieren in Krisensituationen, Überwachung der Medikamentenaufnahme

Einfühlungsvermögen, viel Geduld und adäquaten Umgang mit Menschen mit Seelischer Behinderung, Freundlichkeit, selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Empathie.
