  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von R&D Projekten inklusive Projektcontrolling
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion neuer Produkte sowie Produktvarianten für unsere Fahrzeugrückhaltesysteme
  • Ausarbeitung von Konstruktionsentwürfen sowie Detailkonstruktionen und Begleitung des Prozesses bis zur Herstellung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Crashtests mit realen Fahrzeugen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Laufendes, abgeschlossenes oder teilweise absolviertes Studium im Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung (FH oder Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forschung & Entwicklung, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche
  • Basiswissen in Statik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der CAD-Konstruktion sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25-30%)
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst auch bei Crashtests, internen Versuchen, Prototypenaufbauten und praktischen Tests aktiv mit an
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Innovationsgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Das erwartet dich
