As a Home Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient services, supporting home care operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Coordinate home care service requests and patient deliveries.
• •Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• •Support commercial and operational activities related to home healthcare services.
• •Prepare quotations, reports, and business documentation.
• •Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and follow-up.
• •Manage customer and product information within SAP.
• •Provide administrative and after-sales support to patients and customers.
• •Track team performance and contribute to process improvements.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Your Profile:

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• •Nursing (preferred)
• •Public Health
• •Health Sciences
• •Social Work
• •Pharmacy
• •Other Healthcare-related disciplines

Experience

• •No previous experience required.
• •Full training will be provided.
• •Experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer support is considered an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• •Strong patient-focused mindset.
• •Native or professional proficiency in Arabic.
• •Intermediate English (B1-B2) for emails, reports, and communication within the company.
• •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
