• Our mission is simple: to help each client live safely, comfortably, and with dignity — in the place they call home. What You’ll Do As a valued member of our caregiving team, you’ll provide:

• •Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• •Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation
• •Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring
• •Compassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for

• Serving Clients Across the 7-County Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area
• (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Dakota, Scott & Carver Counties)

Requirements

QualificationsRequired

• •Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)
• •Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• •Current TB test and clear background check

Preferred

• •Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end-of-life care
• •CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)

Pay & SchedulePay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience, certification, and shift) Schedule Options:

• •Full-time or part-time
• •Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• •Flexible scheduling
• •Local clients close to home
