LPN : $35/hour

RN : $45 /hour

What you'll need:

• •Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS
• •Minimum of 6 months experience in a home care setting.
• •Current CPR/BLS Certification
• •Empathy, Reliability , and a commitment to high-quality care

What you'll do :

• •Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• •Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• •Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• •Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• •Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• •Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• •Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• •Additional responsibilities as required.
