Per la nostra sede di Firenze cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel team Home Delivery in un contesto dinamico, collaborativo e in crescita .

  • La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Home Delivery e supporterà le attività operative legate alla gestione delle consegne, contribuendo a garantire un servizio efficiente, puntuale e orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente .
  • Il ruolo è ideale per una persona motivata, smart e con voglia di imparare , che desidera crescere in un contesto strutturato.

Attività principali

  • Pianificazione e gestione degli appuntamenti di consegna .
  • Monitoraggio di ordini e richieste clienti , nel rispetto delle tempistiche concordate.
  • Verifica della documentazione di trasporto (bolle, verbali di montaggio).
  • Archiviazione ordinata e puntuale dei documenti.
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni con i clienti , con approccio professionale e orientato al servizio.

Requisiti

  • Voglia di imparare e di mettersi in gioco in un contesto operativo.
  • Approccio proattivo, pratico e smart .
  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e senso di responsabilità.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office .
  • Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team.
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi rappresenta un plus, ma non è indispensabile .

Tipologia contrattuale e orario

  • Contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione di maternità
  • Full time 39 ore settimanali , dal lunedì al venerdì.
  • Orario di lavoro: 9.00 – 18.00 .
