Home Health/Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)

St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice , a premier Home Health and Hospice company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a Clinical Manager .

Job duties include:

• •Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations
• •Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
• •Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
• •Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
• •Maintain quality data and reports
• •Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
• •Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs
• •Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above

• •Experience in Hospice required
• •Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
• •Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
• •May be required to provide direct patient care assuming staff nurse responsibilities when necessary to support safe, high-quality patient care and agency operation
• •Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
