Wir suchen Hörakustiker mit Leidenschaft für gutes Hören und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. Bei GRONDE begleitest Du Deine Kundinnen und Kunden von der ersten Höranalyse bis zur optimalen Hörlösung – mit modernster Technik und viel Einfühlungsvermögen. ### Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden mit Hörminderung
  • Erstellung von Hörtests und Hörprofilen
  • Auswahl und Erklärung geeigneter Hörgeräte
  • Anpassung der Hörgeräte und Anleitung in Handhabung und Pflege
  • Beratung von Tinnitus-Patienten
  • Gehörschutzberatung und -anpassung
  • Hörgeräte-Services wie Nachkontrollen und Wartung

### Was Du mitbringst

  • Deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hörakustiker, gern mit Meister-Fortbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Deine Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und hohe Empathiefähigkeit
  • Deine Eigenmotivation und Service-Orientierung
  • Deine Sozial- und Teamkompetenz
  • Dein gepflegtes Äußeres
