Computer skills: MS Excel, Word, email, online forms & reports

Patient management: Admissions, discharge, bed allocation & patient records

Nursing coordination: Staff scheduling, attendance, shifts & task allocation

Medicine management: Stock tracking, expiry monitoring & reordering

Hospital operations: Housekeeping, maintenance, supplies & vendors

Billing & records: Basic billing, payments and documentation

Communication: Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, patients & attendants

Organization: Multitasking, follow-ups, problem-solving & attention to detail

Languages: Marathi, Hindi & basic English preferred
