• •Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, photos, and engaging content to promote the brewery’s brand
• •Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives such as tastings, festivals, and community outreach programs
• •Collect guest feedback and data during visits to help improve overall customer experience and gather insights for marketing strategies
• •Support sales efforts by upselling merchandise and promoting upcoming events or new product releases
• •Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit
