Resumen
El Host de Aeropuerto es responsable por recibir y ayudar a los huéspedes de una manera positiva, acogedora y profesional cuando salgan de aeropuerto. Anticipará las necesidades de los huéspedes, y responderá adecuadamente con un sentido de urgencia. Este rol contribuirá a la organización como un socio de negocio activo que es responsable por apoyando las metas, objetivos, visión, misión y valores de la compañía.
Funciones
- Ayudar a los huéspedes que tenga preguntas en el aeropuerto
- Recibir a los huéspedes con una sonrisa en su cara
- Asegurar que los huéspedes tengan transportación y ayudar a los huéspedes encontrar a su transportación
- El candidato ideal tendrá resultados manejando los servicios para los huéspedes y será capaz de resolver problemas rápidamente
- Requiere la habilidad de trabajar y mantenerse calmado y profesional bajo situaciones potencialmente estresantes para asegurar la satisfacción de los huéspedes
Calificaciones
- Educación secundaria o similar
- Conocimiento del aeropuerto y el área preferido
- Habilidad extensa en comunicación, verbal y escrita
- Habilidad avanzada en leer, hablar, escribir y entender ingles
- Disfruta interactuar con personas en un ambiente acelerado
- Excelente etiqueta telefónica
- Debe integrar los valores de la compañía en todas sus interacciones
- Debe poseer actitud positiva
Requisitos Físicos
Debe ser capaz de doblarse, inclinarse, ponerse en cuclillas y estirarse para realizar tareas de limpieza. Debe poder levantar hasta 50 lbs de manera regular y continua. Requiere agarrar, escribir, pararse, sentarse, caminar, movimientos repetitivos, flexión, escalada, capacidad auditiva y auditiva y agudeza visual. Hablar y escuchar ocurren continuamente en el proceso de comunicación con invitados, supervisores y subordinados
