Position Summary:

Princess Anne Country Club is seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Hostess to provide an exceptional first impression for members and guests. This role is essential in delivering a high-end, welcoming experience that reflects the club’s standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and by name when possible
• •Manage reservations, private dining schedules, and member preferences with accuracy
• •Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure an efficient and elevated dining experience
• •Maintain clear communication with service staff and management
• •Provide accurate wait times while ensuring member satisfaction
• •Answer phone calls and assist with dining inquiries and event information
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas
• •Uphold the club’s standards of etiquette, appearance, and discretion

Required Qualifications:

• •Requires standing for extended periods
• •Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events (e.g., weddings, member functions, and seasonal events)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in fine dining, hospitality, or private clubs preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset
• •Professional appearance and demeanor required for a private club environment
• •Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, upscale setting
• •Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
