Wir suchen für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 von Dezember bis April eine Destinationsleitung für unsere first mountain Hotels in Österreich.

Du suchst nach einer neuen, spannenden Herausforderung? Als Destinationsleitung kannst du bei uns den Quereinstieg als Führungskraft im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe unternehmen. Wenn du gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und schon Vorerfahrung in der Touristik gesammelt hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Werde jetzt Teil unseres Teams!

Aufgaben:

Koordination der Abläufe aller hausinternen Bereiche

Erster Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Lieferanten, Mitarbeiter und Zentrale

Teamführung

Rezeptionsdienste, Check-In-Out

Konflikt- und Beschwerdemanagement

Buchführung / Budget- und Kassenverantwortung

Qualitäts- und Leistungskontrolle aller hausinternen Bereiche

Busbetreuung und Organisation des Wechseltages

Gästebetreuung und Organisation des täglichen Abendprogramms

Organisation von Skiausflügen

Servicetätigkeiten während der Mahlzeiten

Qualifikation:

Praktische Vorerfahrung in der Touristik/Hotellerie/Gastronomie

Sehr gute Führungs- und Gastgeberqualitäten

Organisationstalent und administrative Fähigkeiten

Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Denken

Großer Erste-Hilfe-Schein (nicht älter als 1,5 Jahre)
