Für einen unserer Kunden aus der Hotellerie suchen wir gastfreundliche Hotelfachleute , die Gästen ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis bieten!

Standort: Stuttgart | Vertragsart: Vollzeit | Start: nach Vereinbarung

Aufgaben:

  • Empfang, Check-in und Check-out der Gäste
  • Reservierungsmanagement und Beschwerdehandling
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Service und Küche
  • Kassenführung und Abrechnung
  • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Gästeservices

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität hinsichtlich Schichtdiensten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
