Ihre Aufgaben

Herzlicher Empfang sowie kompetente Betreuung unserer Gäste

Check-in und Check-out inklusive administrativer Tätigkeiten

Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Anfragen und Beschwerden

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs am Empfang

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Housekeeping und Service

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann / Hotelfachfrau wünschenswert

Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Serviceorientierung und Lernbereitschaft sind ausdrücklich

willkommen

Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Organisationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht)

Rahmenbedingungen

35-Stunden-Woche im geregelten 2-Schicht-System

Bruttomonatslohn: 2.152,00 €

27 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
