This position is specifically for 2nd Shift. You must be able to work our required schedule of Monday-Friday 6p-2:30a with rotating weekends and holidays to be considered.

Provides high levels of cleanliness, quality, and service to patients, families and customers.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• •Cleans and services patient care areas, offices, lobbies, bathrooms or other areas as assigned.
• •Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards.
• •Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns.
• •Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Maintains proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions.
• •Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition.
• •Maintains department’s standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback.

Education Requirement:

High School graduate or equivalent, required.

Skills:

• •Ability to speak and understand English.
• •Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process.
• •Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• •Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• •Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere.

Experience:

Previous housekeeping experience, preferred.
