Wir sind ein junges Boutique-Hotel mit 42 Zimmern in Würzburg. Boutique-Hotel heißt für uns: keine Massenabfertigung, sondern echte Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen. Keine 0815-Einrichtung, sondern Individualität in allen Bereichen – und unkonventionelle Ansätze im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung. Dafür brauchen wir Menschen, die mitdenken, mitgestalten und mit anpacken.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
Kontrolle der gereinigten Zimmer & Qualitätssicherung
Einarbeitung neuer Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter:innen
Erstellung von Reinigungsplänen und klaren Abläufen
Inventur und Organisation der Wäsche
Unterstützung bei der Reinigung der Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche – wenn’s mal nötig ist
enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption und Haustechnik

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du…
Erfahrung im Housekeeping oder in der Reinigung mitbringst
eigenständig und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch arbeitest
freundlich, organisiert und teamorientiert bist
Lust hast, dich aktiv in unsere Prozesse einzubringen
auch mal mit anpackst, wenn’s stressig wird
gut Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
