Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence throughout campground facilities. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings
• •Monitor and maintain accommodations supplies- report back to Team Lead/ Zone Manager
• •Keep laundry facilities clean and organized
• •Keep cleaning closets clean, organized and restocked
• •Prompt and thorough reporting of maintenance issues and requests
• •Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• •Obey all policies and rules
• •All other duties as assigned

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in regard to care and cleanliness of all Dunes Harbor facilities
• •Understand Grace Adventure’s ministry and be supportive of its goals
• •Serve campground staff as needed

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Minimum age: 14
• •Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• •Has a Servants heart
• •God Honoring Excellence/Footwashing
• •Displays a good work ethic
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Self-motivated
• •Ability to work alone and also with a team
• •Is willing to have a flexible schedule (work evenings and weekends)
• •Good health and stamina is required to implement routine cleaning. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
