As a Houseman at Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington Medical District, you’ll help keep our hotel clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting both guests and the housekeeping team. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• •Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• •Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• •Assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
• •Support the housekeeping team with restocking, moving items, and special projects
• •Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• •Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
• •Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards
• •Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •Strong attention to detail and reliability
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Good communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to lift, move, and carry supplies or equipment as needed
• •Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift
• •Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
