Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on service area. A list of general responsibilities is provided below.

• •Diagnose a diverse range of technical malfunctions, including emergencies, efficiently and accurately and perform required technical services
• •Install, repair and replace residential fixtures, systems, and heavy equipment
• •Inspect residential systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes
• •Provide excellent customer service and communication
• •Provide accurate estimates and invoices for repairs and projects
• •Competent use of modern industry-standard machinery and equipment
• •Meet weekly with Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals
• •Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, crawling through small spaces, and be able to work in the cold and heat
• •Other duties and responsibilities at manager's discretion

Requirements

• •Current relevant trade license
• •At least 1 year of experience
• •Clean, professional appearance
• •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• •Excellent conflict management skills
• •Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Strong multitasking skills
• •Team player with a "can-do" attitude
• •Ability to work on-call schedule rotation: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• •Valid Driver License
• •Ability to pass Driving Record and Background checks
