• Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading and providing financial expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment in the area of HP Solutions Print for DACH countries. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

• Responsibilities
• •Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• •Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• •Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• •Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• •Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• •Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
• •Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• •Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
• •Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• •Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

• Education & Experience Recommended
• •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• •7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

• Preferred Certifications
• •Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• •Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with open mindset and challenging the status quo

Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Learning agility and a strong can‑do attitude, with willingness to quickly adapt, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion.

Experience in finance and forecasting.

Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or factory environments is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP/S4, BI tools), knowledge of Microsoft Workflow, PowerQuery, PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL would be a strong advantage
