  • Unterstützung des HR-Managers in allen personalrelevanten Projekten und Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Verträgen, Nachträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Unterstützung im Recruitingprozess

  • Das Unternehmen ist in der Metallverarbeitung etabliert und setzt auf ein professionelles HR-Team, das Fachkräfte sichert und Veränderungsprozesse aktiv begleitet. Es erwartet Sie ein klar strukturiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit langfristigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

  • Jahresgehalt zwischen 40.000 € und 45.000 € brutto, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
