• 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced HR leaders based in the EU or UK to boost the accuracy, depth, and practical value of AI-powered HR and people management solutions.

What You Will Do

Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change

Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices

Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizations

Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)

Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content

• In simple terms:
• You will review and improve AI-generated HR content, ensuring it mirrors authentic expertise, practical reasoning, and HR best practices. Rather than traditional consulting or HR delivery, you’ll use your real-world knowledge to help AI systems truly understand and reason about the HR function at scale.

Who You Are

A senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, talent leader, or similar

Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK

Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, employee relations, or transformative people projects

Strong at assessing HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions

Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability

AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
