Role Summary

As People Partner, this role will be responsible for entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit for assigned division.

Work Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

No of Positions: 1 (Chennai)

Shift: UK shift

Core Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible managing the HRBP, Operations & HR initiatives for the Bengaluru/Chennai location.

Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals

Proficiency on MS Office tools

Key Responsibilities:

Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)

Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Bengaluru / Chennai location.

Working with respective Business leaders and HR director for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects

Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.

HR metrics tracking, analysing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.

Support retention discussions, management and facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.

Support halfyearly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives.

Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members

Employee Relations - Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling

Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH

Qualification / skills required:

Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from leading Institute
