Partnering closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional HR teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting organizational growth, employee engagement, and business performance across borders.

This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What You'll Do

Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to support business expansion and evolution.

Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage complex ER matters and performance management processes; lead sensitive investigations with confidentiality, equity, and consistency.

Compliance & Policy Governance: Ensure full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial employment laws across multi-jurisdictional teams; develop and adapt regional policies as required.

Cross-Functional HR Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions (TA, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, etc.) to seamlessly execute global programs, rollouts, and communications locally.

Leadership Coaching: Advise, coach, and influence managers on leadership development, performance management, attendance, and employee retention strategies.

Cross-Border Program Management: Lead the regional rollout of corporate HR initiatives, ensuring consistent execution across distributed and remote teams.

Special Projects: Contribute to global HR transformation initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.

Support broader HR team projects as needed

The Experience You Bring

Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching.

Canadian & US Employment Law: Comprehensive working knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labor laws across multiple provinces; foundational knowledge of US employment law basics.

Sales / Revenue Support: Demonstrated experience supporting Go-To-Market or Sales teams, with familiarity around commission structure dynamics, performance management, and quota-driven environments.

Multi-Jurisdictional Scope: Proven track record of managing distributed, remote, or hybrid workforces across multiple regions simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus Points If You Have
