Unser Kunde entwickelt anspruchsvolle Filtrations-, Sensorik- und Monitoringlösungen für die Luftfahrtindustrie und verbindet technologische Präzision mit zukunftsorientiertem Denken.

Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die HR-Prozesse zuverlässig begleitet, Mitarbeitende professionell unterstützt und Freude daran hat, ein dynamisches Umfeld Aktiv mitzuprägen.

Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung einer modernen HR-Organisation
  • Umsetzung der lokalen und internationalen HR-Strategie
  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in HR und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Steuerung und Organisation operativer Personalprozesse
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen im HR-Bereich
  • Leitung von HR-Projekten und Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • HR-Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Personalplanung, -beschaffung
  • On- und Offboarding, Perfermance
  • Personalentwicklung inkl. Performance Management und Mitarbeiter - Coaching

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes HR-nahes Studium, z. B. Human Resources Management, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Wirtschaftspsychologie, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie
  • alternativ
  • kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur geprüften Personalfachkauffrau mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-generalistischem Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahren im Bereich Changemanagement
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht, insbesondere IGM
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Zeitwirtschaft und vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office 365
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
