Deine Aufgaben als HR-Consultant (m/w/d)

  • Betreuung der Bestandskunden sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auswahl, Einstellung, Einsatz und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Überwachung der Gültigkeit und Vollständigkeit von Arbeitspapieren und relevanten Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der erforderlichen Daten im Branchenprogramm
  • Führung und Verwaltung der Personalakten sowie Organisation der Urlaubsplanung
  • Effiziente und effektive Einsatzsteuerung der überbetrieblichen Mitarbeitenden

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, Recruiting, Vertrieb, in der Personaldienstleistung oder einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Servicementalität sowie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzfreude und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
