HR-Consultant – Recruiting (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting Prozesses – von der Bewerberauswahl
  • bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kooperationen mit Hochschulen sowie Mitwirkung bei
  • Recruiting-Aktivitäten auf dem Campus
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Karrieremessen, Recruiting-Events und
  • weiteren Personalmarketingmaßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitgebermarke durch zielgerichtete Employer-Branding- und
  • Recruiting-Marketing-Aktivitäten
  • Analyse relevanter Recruiting-Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur
  • Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Übernahme von Verantwortung für
  • ausgewählte Themen oder Projekte

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement,
  • Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung aus einer Kanzlei im Bereich Recruiting, Talent Acquisition oder der Personalgewinnung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung sowie ein souveräner und vertrauensvoller
  • Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Recruiting-Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
