Description

The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding support, multi-state provider licensure, employee HR assistance, payroll backup, and general HR administration.

This role serves as a key point of contact for routine HR questions and helps ensure HR processes, documentation, and follow-up items are handled accurately, timely, and professionally.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate communication, pre-employment requirements, new-hire documentation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate multi-state provider licensure, including new applications, renewals, expiration tracking, and communication with providers and licensing boards.
  • Monitor and respond to routine HR emails and phone calls and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR employee.
  • Provide general HR support to employees and assist with routine HR questions and requests.
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processing and payroll-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and system information.
  • Support employment changes, audits, reporting, verifications, and other HR administrative needs.
  • Assist with HR projects and department initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional, service-focused approach when working with Employees, candidates, providers, and leadership.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and recognize when HR matters should be escalated.
  • Healthcare or professional licensing experience is a plus.
