HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• •Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
• •Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• •Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• •Maintain HR databases and attendance records
• •Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations
• •Support employee engagement and HR activities
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices

Required Skills

• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
• •Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• •Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
• •MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
• •Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria

• •MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
• •0–2 years of experience in HR
• •Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome
• •Internship experience in HR is a plus
