  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Durchführung komplexer Prozessanalysen und Entwicklung optimierter Sollprozesse
  • Übernahme der Process Ownership für definierte HR-Prozesse \(Qualität, Compliance, Reporting, Weiterentwicklung\)
  • Optimierung von HR-Prozessen im Bereich Employee Services unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher und digitaler Anforderungen
  • Beratung von HR-Fachbereichen, Payroll und HR Business Partnern
  • Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten \(z. B. Workday, ServiceNow HRSD\)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Prozessdokumentation sowie fachliche Anleitung von Junior-KollegInnen

  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Prozess- oder Servicemanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von HR-Kernprozessen und Workday-Businessprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen \(Workday, Loga, ServiceNow\) und Kontrollmechanismen
  • Analytische Stärke und Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernstrukturen
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
