Deine Aufgaben

Als HR Prozess- und Transformationsexperte

unterstützt Du zum einen

  • die Transformation unserer HR IT-Systeme von SAP HCM zu SAP SuccessFactors
  • die Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • die Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen aus den HR-Bereichen
  • die Systemtests, Prozessanpassungen und organisatorischen Veränderungen
  • als Ansprechpartner für HR-Fachbereiche bei Fragen zu HR-Systemen und Prozessen

und verantwortest gleichzeitig

die Erstellung/Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung DSGVO-konformer Löschkonzepte und Löschprozesse

  • das Berechtigungsmanagement innerhalb der HR-Systemlandschaft
  • die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • die Durchführung von Berechtigungsreviews und Unterstützung bei Audit-Anforderungen
  • die Sicherstellung revisionssicherer Prozesse und Dokumentationen

Dein Profil

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld HR-IT, HR-Prozessmanagement oder HR-Systeme
  • Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und/oder SuccessFactors
  • Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenschutz idealerweise Löschkonzepten und/oder Berechtigungsmanagement

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Prozess- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Stakeholder-Management
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
