## What you will be doing:

  • Advise managers and employees in your assigned business areas on HR-related and employment law matters
  • Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Support managers with performance management processes, such as the annual appraisal, feedback conversations and employee development
  • Identify training needs together with managers and support the planning and follow-up of development initiatives
  • Follow up on employee engagement topics and support managers in handling sensitive or complex people situations
  • Contribute to the development of HR projects and policies, e.g. employee surveys and career development
  • Prepare and maintain employment-related documents together with our People Operations team, e.g. employment contracts and contract amendments, and help keep HR data and personnel files accurate and up to date
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and bring in new ideas to make them simpler and more efficient
  • Take on other activities related to the employee lifecycle, such as supporting our Talent Acquisition team if needed

## What we are looking for:

  • Degree with a focus on HR or comparable vocational training with additional HR qualification (e.g. certified HR specialist)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in employee support and administration
  • A hands-on mentality and a willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations
  • An empathetic yet confident manner, even in difficult conversations with employees and manager
  • A structured, conscientious and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of German employment law
  • Excellent German and English skills
