General Summary of Duties: The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for promoting employee satisfaction, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive employee experience.

Essential Functions:

• •Collaborate in developing and implementing employee relations strategies and programs.
• •Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.
• •Maintain a review process for terminations and corrective action.
• •Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• •Mediate conflicts and facilitate effective resolution.
• •Collaborate with the VP of HR to ensure compliance in all HR functions.
• •Create and deliver training sessions on employee relations topics.
• •Review and provide feedback on employee performance evaluations.
• •Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles.
• •Assist with job postings, offer letters, and new hire onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• •Serve as payroll backup, including reviewing timecards, processing payroll, and resolving pay discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
• •Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour requirements.
• •All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Education:

• •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent related field experience.
• •HRCI or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Experience:

3+ years of Human Resources Management experience
