HR Generalist (Interim)

Objective of the position

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join Stoneridge immediately on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months.

You will step into an international, open, and direct working environment where collaboration and ownership are at the heart of how we work. With plenty of autonomy you will take responsibility for a broad HR scope and provide hands-on support to our Dutch organization.

We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a pragmatic and fast-moving environment: a strong HR partner who can advise employees and managers with confidence, make sound decisions, and stand their ground when the situation calls for it.

Characterization of activities

• •Manage payroll and HR administration, including salary changes, working hours checks, and coordination with external payroll providers.
• •Coordinate the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts and employee changes, as well as expat onboarding, 30% ruling applications, and Highly Skilled Migrant visas.
• •Manage employee absence and leave administration.
• •Advise employees and managers on employment conditions, benefits, mobility, and general HR matters.
• •Act as the first point of contact for HR and ensure professional and efficient HR support across the Dutch organization.

Education, Experience and Knowledge

• •Min 3–5 years of HR experience, with a completed HBO degree in Human Resources Management or a comparable MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• •Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and regulations, with the confidence to advise and professionally challenge managers when needed.
• •Independent, proactive, and accountable, taking initiative and quickly assuming ownership of HR matters.
• •Structured, accurate, and stress-resistant, with the ability to maintain a helicopter view and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable style and excellent command of both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.
• •Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with Workday is preferred.

What we offer

An hourly rate of between €70 and €80. 32 to 40 hours per week, on-site in Barneveld. You will be required to only use a laptop of Stoneridge.
