HR Generalist [Part Time]

Are you passionate about creating a great employee experience and helping people thrive at work? As an pat time HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle in Brazil.

• You will be part of a collaborative People team, helping to ensure smooth HR operations, strong employee engagement, and compliance with local employment legislation.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.

Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within internal systems.

Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal policies.

Coordinate facilities and office supplies

Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience and BEE.

What we are looking for

Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Good understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Fluency in Portuguese and a good working knowledge of English
